Position Summary:
Saltech Systems is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant for the President to provide administrative, organizational, and day-to-day support to the President.
This position will work closely with the President to help manage schedules, communications, meetings, documents, follow-ups, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and able to anticipate needs before they become issues. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted administrative partner to the President while helping ensure that priorities, meetings, projects, and follow-up items remain organized and on track.

Objectives:
- Managed and Maintain President’s Calendar, Appointments, Meetings, and Schedule
- Coordinator and Schedule Internal and External Meetings
- Monitor and Follow Up on Outstanding Tasks, Requests, and Commitments
- Assist with Preparing Reports, Presentations, Spreadsheets, and Other Documents
- Conduct Research and Gather Information as Requested
- Help Ensure Important Deadlines and Commitments Aren’t Overlooked
- Manage Office and Administrative Needs and Tasks
- Handle Incoming Calls, Emails, and General Correspondence
- Support Special Projects and Initiatives as Needed
- Receive, Sort, and Distribute Mail and Delivers
- Keep a Clean and Tidy Office

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma Required
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Previous Administrative Experience is Preferred, Not Required
- Recent College Graduates Are Encouraged to Apply
