Troubleshoot and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment

Maintain electrical systems including motors, drives, sensors, relays, contactors, and 480V equipment

Repair and maintain conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, sprockets, belts, hydraulics, and pneumatics

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance

Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
-
Assist with PLC troubleshooting and machine diagnostics

Support equipment installations, upgrades, and reliability improvements
✅ 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
✅ Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
✅ Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and power transmission systems
✅ Ability to read electrical and mechanical prints
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Experience in packaging, converting, or other high-speed manufacturing environments is preferred
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday (3 openings)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday-Friday (3 openings)
Average 55 hours per week with consistent overtime opportunities.

After production ends around 1:00 AM, technicians focus on preventive maintenance activities, allowing time to inspect, repair, and improve equipment reliability with greater independence.
This is a fast-paced manufacturing facility and can be hot, especially during the summer months. Water, Gatorade, popsicles, and fans are provided to help keep employees comfortable.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $42.00/hr.
