Softthink Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented ReactJS Developer to join our team in Herndon, VA to support our client project.
- Lead the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems while having the opportunity to remain in a hands-on engineering role.
- Involve all phases of the software development life cycle, best practices and Agile Software Development.
- Provide functional and technical leadership and mentor software engineers.
- Work with other Leads, Engineers, Architects, Product Managers, and Business stakeholders to identify technical and functional needs of systems based on priority.
- Write great quality code with a relentless passion for automated testing and validation.
- Enforce company policies in the areas of development methodology, architecture, security, change and configuration management and compliance.
- Perform complex engineering activities for web performance tuning, monitoring, deployment and production support.
- Collaborate with back-end web developers and programmers to improve usability.
- Develop concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for customers.
- Convert approved mockups to working prototypes using ReactJS Components and Typescript.
- Develop unit tests and feature test scripts.
- Implement UI code and assets into programming environments (Java).
- Ensure development is in accordance with corporate branding (style guides and other requirements).
- Ensure all web views function as expected across supported browsers. Assist with browser compatibility issues as they arise.
- Assist with identifying and evaluating new technologies and methodologies.
At our company and at our client’s company, a ReactJS Developer requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, a closely related field, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
