Laila’s Way is growing and we’re looking for Behavioral Health Technicians to serve clients throughout the Philadelphia region. This is a community-based role, providing services directly to our children between the ages of 2.7- 21 years old. Work location is based on the needs of the client with opportunities to work in the home, school, or clinic settings!
Be a hands-on hero! Provide one-on-one support to children and teens in clinics, homes, schools, and community settings, helping them thrive with tailored therapy.
Partner with the best! Work with expert BCBAs and Licensed Behavior Specialists to implement therapy sessions based on ABA principles and Behavior Intervention Plans. Make learning fun! Teach important life and social skills, guiding students through personalized programs in a positive, engaging way. Track progress! Collect behavior data and help shape therapy goals, ensuring every child reaches their potential. Collaborate! Work closely with an awesome team, supporting caregivers and creating a nurturing environment for growth.
Must have 1 year of experience working with children in a therapeutic setting.
Must have proof of completion of the 40-hour RBT coursework.
A high school diploma/GED is required.

Specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and mental health services, LWBS delivers support across home, school, community, and center-based settings. Services include outpatient and center-based ABA, psychological services, behavioral health coordination, parent training, and community resource referrals. LWBS also supports key life transitions, including school readiness and adult vocational development. With a strong focus on individualized care, compliance, and collaboration, LWBS works closely with families and providers to promote meaningful outcomes.
