Challenger Hospitality Group is looking to add to it's security team at all locations.
As a member of our security team you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and crew during operational hours, ensuring compliance with Idaho liquor laws, verifying patron identification, and monitoring the exit and entrances of the establishment. You'll also be the first line of contact with patrons as they enter the premises and while inside the establishment.
Your duties:
- Verify IDs at the door.
- Keep lines moving in an orderly fashion.
- Turn away (or remove) intoxicated patrons.
- Maintain the condition of all Challenger Hospitality Group assets.
- Monitor establishments for any incidents that need addressed.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with staff over radio.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
- Understand and implement emergency protocols.
- Maintain a strong sense of self control.
- Must be able to hold composure in tense and urgent situations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
