Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (1099 – Commission Only)

FYDI Global Outsourcing is a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider delivering services such as call center support, customer service, technical support, debt collection, and back-office operations to companies across multiple industries.
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to help expand our client base and grow our outsourcing business. This is a 1099 independent contractor role designed for experienced sales professionals who want to earn high commissions and build long-term recurring income through residual commissions.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who already have strong industry connections and the ability to generate outsourcing clients.
Position Structure
- This position is structured as an independent contractor (1099) role.
- Commission-based compensation
- No base salary
No traditional employee benefits initially
Because this role is designed for high-performing sales professionals, compensation is based entirely on results and revenue generation.
Compensation
- High commission structure on all new client contracts
- Residual commission paid monthly as long as the client continues paying invoices

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and secure new B2B outsourcing clients.
- Leverage existing professional networks and industry relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Client Engagement & Presentations
- Meet with prospective clients in person or virtually to understand their outsourcing needs.
- Conduct professional presentations and outsourcing solution proposals to potential clients.
- Work with internal teams to develop custom outsourcing solutions and pricing proposals.
- Sales & Contract Negotiation
- Negotiate outsourcing service agreements with prospective clients.
- Close new business deals and help onboard clients to the company’s outsourcing services.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term partnerships and recurring revenue.
- Ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided.
Requirements
- Strong experience in B2B sales
- Experience in the BPO, outsourcing, call center, or related industries preferred
- Existing professional network that can generate business opportunities
- Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based environment

- Sales professionals with an existing book of business or outsourcing clients are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who already have relationships with companies that outsource customer support, call center services, or back-office operations will be highly valued.
