What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and assigned emergency response activities at a financial institution location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and escalating concerns through appropriate channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, office spaces, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity while verifying credentials, maintaining post logs, and reporting unusual behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations.

Support Allied Universal site operations by following post orders, communicating with supervisors and/or local staff, and assisting with security-related requests as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Some SOC experience is highly preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
