Tea Do Front of House Team Member
We’re looking for an energetic, easy-going Front of House Team Member to be the welcoming face of Tea Do! If you enjoy fast-paced environments, making people smile, and delivering top-tier boba, this is for you. You’ll keep the front organized, assist the bar, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.
What You’ll Do
- Warmly greet customers, guide them through the menu, and provide fast, friendly service.
- Master the POS system to take orders accurately and manage cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Assist with boba and drink prep, maintaining our high quality and safety standards.
- Own the cleanliness of the dining area and your workstation. Strict sanitation and food hygiene are non-negotiable.
- Handle the register smoothly, including splitting tips at the end of your shift.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in quick-service, fast food, or a café is highly preferred.
- You multitask easily, manage your time well, and move with a serious sense of urgency.
- You're comfortable with POS systems and have the basic math skills required for solid cash management.
- You’re friendly, proactive, and love working as part of a dynamic, fast-paced crew.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
