We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, polishing, and maintaining carpets.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the housekeeping department.
Skills

- Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping management roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with floor care processes and equipment operation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- A background in hospitality is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience.
