Job Description
· Serve as the key technical resource supporting advanced manufacturing operations for injection molding equipment and systems
· Perform setup, troubleshooting, and optimization of injection molding processes to ensure peak performance
· Execute mold changes and resolve process issues promptly to minimize production downtime
· Identify and implement process improvements that enhance workplace safety, product quality, and overall productivity
Key Requirements
· Plastic or rubber injection molding experience is highly preferred; candidates with other plastic or rubber process experience will also be considered
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing or process technician role
