If you know your way around a jobsite, can talk shop with builders, and enjoy helping homeowners and contractors get the job done right — this is your lane. We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Trade Sales Rep to grow our network with builders, contractors, and homeowners while delivering top-tier window and door solutions. This isn’t a desk job — you’ll be in the field, on sites, in homes, and face-to-face closing deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and grow relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners.
- Run in office consultations and jobsite visits.
- Read plans, take measurements, and quote projects accurately.
- Present solutions and close deals on the spot whenever possible.
- Prospect and generate your own leads (plus follow up on company-provided leads)
- Stay active in the local trade community (events, home shows, associations)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth ordering, delivery, and installation
- Follow up after the sale to drive referrals and repeat business

Experience in windows, doors, roofing, siding, or building materials
Existing relationships in the local contractor/builder network Bilingual skills

Day-to-Day Looks Like
One day you’re walking a jobsite with a builder, meeting at offices or going to lunch. Next, you’re in office showcasing product closing deals with builder and homeowners. Then you’re following up with prior customers open opportunities for the next sale.

You hit your numbers, your customers trust you and refer you, your jobs run smoothly because you quoted them right, you become the go-to rep in your territory
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to travel locally between job sites, homes, and office
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Background check and drug screen required
