Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes or commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Maintain floor care by stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure a spotless finish
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to uphold health standards in kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch areas
- Manage janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, such as scheduling or inventory checks for cleaning supplies
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus
- Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not required
