Night Cleaner / Limpiador Nocturno
Part-Time — 20 hours/week | $14.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM or 6:00 PM–10:00 PM
Responsibilities / Responsabilidades:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors throughout the facility
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and dispensers; restock supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
- Clean glass doors, windows, and partitions as needed
- Wipe down and disinfect high-touch areas (door handles, light switches, handrails)
- Clean break rooms/kitchens, including countertops, sinks, and appliances
- Take out trash to designated dumpster/collection areas
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor
- Operate cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor buffers, etc.) safely and properly
- Follow all safety procedures and use PPE as required
- Secure the facility (lock doors, turn off lights) at the end of the shift
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ to perform all job duties and operate any required machinery
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Limpiador Nocturno

Horario: Lunes a Viernes, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM o 6:00 PM–10:00 PM
Un limpiador comercial es responsable de hacer toda la limpieza y desempeñar otros quehaceres asignados por el supervisor.
Responsabilidades:
- Barrer, trapear, aspirar y limpiar los pisos en todo el edificio
- Vaciar los botes de basura y reciclaje, y reemplazar las bolsas
- Limpiar y desinfectar los baños, incluyendo inodoros, lavamanos, espejos y dispensadores; reabastecer suministros (jabón, toallas de papel, papel higiénico)
- Quitar el polvo y limpiar superficies, muebles y accesorios
- Limpiar puertas de vidrio, ventanas y particiones según sea necesario
- Limpiar y desinfectar áreas de alto contacto (manijas de puertas, interruptores de luz, pasamanos)
- Limpiar salas de descanso/cocinas, incluyendo mostradores, fregaderos y electrodomésticos
- Sacar la basura a las áreas de recolección designadas
- Reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento, riesgo de seguridad o falta de suministros al supervisor
- Operar el equipo de limpieza (aspiradoras, pulidoras de piso, etc.) de manera segura y adecuada
- Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad y usar equipo de protección personal (EPP) cuando sea requerido
- Asegurar las instalaciones (cerrar puertas, apagar luces) al final del turno
- Realizar otras tareas asignadas por el supervisor
Requisitos:
