- Feature / Function Owner - Job Description
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned vehicle features or system functions from concept through production.
- Define and maintain functional and non‑functional requirements aligned with program milestones.
- Coordinate feature development across systems, software, hardware, and integration teams.
- Drive requirements decomposition, interface definition, and traceability across the V‑model.
- Support development, verification, and validation activities including MIL/SIL/HIL and vehicle testing.
- Lead DFMEA, risk assessments, and issue resolution related to assigned features.
- Ensure feature performance, safety, quality, cost, and timing targets are achieved.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned features across cross‑functional teams.
- Support continuous improvement, standards, and best practices for feature development.
