Remote Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant — Functional Medicine Concierge Telemedicine
Location: Remote (must be licensed in WA, OR, CA, ID, or MT)
Type: Part-time to start, with growth to full-time for the right candidate
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
About the Role
We're building a high-touch, concierge-style functional medicine telemedicine practice, and we're looking for an experienced NP or PA to join us as a founding clinical team member. This is a role for a provider who wants to practice real medicine — unhurried visits, whole-person care, and the time to actually listen — while working within a service model built around exceptional patient experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver functional and integrative medicine care via telemedicine to a concierge patient panel
- Conduct thorough intake, diagnostic workups, and personalized treatment planning
- Build long-term relationships with patients who expect — and will receive — white-glove service
- Collaborate with a small, mission-driven clinical and operations team
- Represent the highest standard of both clinical excellence and customer service
What We're Looking For
- Active NP or PA license in at least one of: Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, or Montana (multi-state licensure a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, direct primary care, or functional/integrative medicine
- Functional medicine training or strong interest in pursuing it (IFM certification a plus)
- A service mindset — you understand that world-class care means world-class experience, not just clinical accuracy
- Comfort with telemedicine platforms and a self-directed, remote work style
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient advocacy
