About Us
Olive & Bettes is a thriving Greenwich, CT-based retail brand with a growing Shopify e-commerce presence and brick-and-mortar location. We're looking for a hands-on, organized Warehouse Manager to own our inventory and fulfillment operations as we continue to scale.
The Role
You'll be the backbone of our warehouse operations — ensuring product flows seamlessly from receiving through fulfillment, both for our online store and in-store replenishment. You'll oversee one warehouse associate and report directly to ownership.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise Receiving: Inspect, process, and log all incoming inventory from vendors; verify against purchase orders and flag discrepancies
- Shipping & Fulfillment: Manage daily order fulfillment for Shopify orders and coordinate outbound logistics; ensure accuracy and timely dispatch
- Inventory Management: Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across e-commerce and retail channels; conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Supplies Management: Monitor and reorder warehouse and packing supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Team Oversight: Supervise and support one warehouse associate; delegate tasks and maintain a productive, organized workspace
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in receiving, storage, and fulfillment workflows
What We're Looking For
- 2–4+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory management experience
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms a strong plus
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., Shopify, ShipStation, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a small, fast-moving team
- Prior experience in retail or fashion/apparel a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience
