No floral experience? No problem.
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a heart for serving others. We’ll teach you everything else.
Duties
- Design and create custom floral arrangements for events, ensuring each piece reflects the client’s vision and style.
- Clean and prepare candles and vases for each wedding.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace with proper handling of tools, vases, containers, and floral supplies.
- Be on site for wedding set ups, flip the ceremony to reception space, and late night breakdowns.
- Create social media content, take behind the scenes photos and videos, occasional posting to social media.
- Qualifications
- No floral experience needed, willing to teach. Although you must be a creative person.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Willing to work weekends and occasional evenings and late nights, due to the length of weddings.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and artistic integrity.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the floral team and clients on wedding days.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
