Job Summary
Solutions Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist with a passion for patient care and experience in non-sterile compounding. You’ll play a vital role in processing prescriptions, advising patients, and helping us expand our innovative offerings across wellness and specialty therapies. Responsibilities
Accurately review and interpret incoming prescriptions for dosing, interactions, and appropriateness

Counsel patients on medication use, storage, and side effects

Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure regulatory compliance

- Perform and oversee non-sterile compounding, including but not limited to:
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
- Pain Management
- Dermatology
- Veterinary
- Pediatrics
Participate in inventory management and maintain clean, organized workspaces

Collaborate with providers, patients, and support staff to ensure optimal care

Qualifications
Current Texas pharmacist license in good standing

Proven experience with non-sterile compounding (minimum 1 year preferred)

Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation practices

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage shifting priorities and maintain productivity under pressure
