Every great vacation starts before the vacation even begins! We are looking for someone with an eye for detail to double check our homes after they have been cleaned and before guests arrive and assist with various tasks. We are looking for a candidate who would like to progress into an assistant manager position. All homes are in downtown Bend.
If you enjoy staying in Airbnbs and vacation rentals or even have your own Airbnb, this could be a great position for you. Cleaning experience is also very helpful.
We are looking for a positive team player who can get things done. Generally you will inspect sanitized and cleaned homes to ensure they are up to our quality standards before guests arrive. You will also assist with prepping and staging the home, delivering supplies, reporting maintenance issues. On the office side, you will answer emails, texts, make reservations for guests and other various tasks at our office.
*Preference given to candidates available 4+ days/wk including these days:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday; occasional availability on Saturday is a plus
* Shifts are either 11am-4pm or noon - 5pm
* Position to advance to an assistant manager position for the right candidate
* All homes are within Downtown Bend
* Experience preferred but not required; will train the right candidate
* Prefer high school degree or equivalent, with some college
* You must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver's license and car insurance
* You must have your own smart phone for submitting pictures and reports
* Ability to multitask and show attention to detail
* Be able to lift up to 50 lbs; bend, kneel, twist, and move for 90% of shift
* This position is located at our office as well as in the field. Please indicate your experience/comfort with Google Docs, Microsoft Office and general computer use
Pay starts at $18/hr; 3 month review and assistant manager training to follow for the right candidate

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Observe all established policies and procedures
- Follow the prescribed inspection process in homes
- Review properties for any damage or needed maintenance and report to the supervisor in a timely manner
- Fluff pillows, sweep and do last minute touches to stage our homes
- Perform errands and special projects as requested
- Pull garbages/recycling to/from the curb
- Assist with shoveling snow when necessary
- Maintain common areas and office
- Other duties as assigned/needed
- Assist with laundry and office projects as needed
- Other special projects
- Communication with the entire team on a daily basis
