We are a NON-UNION concrete contractor specializing in residential and commercial concrete construction. We are looking for experienced, dependable, and hardworking Concrete Foundation Wall Setters and Flatwork Finishers to join our team immediately.
Experience is required. We are not hiring entry-level applicants or providing training at this time.
Jobsite Locations
Projects are located throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Employees must be willing to travel to various jobsites on a daily basis.

Jobsite locations are subject to change based on project needs.
Responsibilities
Foundation Wall Setters
- Set and brace residential and commercial foundation wall forms.
- Read and interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and construction plans.
- Install rebar, embeds, keyways, and anchor bolts.
- Strip, clean, and maintain concrete forms.
- Ensure walls are square, level, plumb, and built to specifications.
- Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule.
Flatwork Finishers
- Set forms and prepare subgrades for residential and commercial flatwork.
- Place, screed, bull float, edge, joint, and finish concrete.
- Operate power trowels and other finishing equipment.
- Finish sidewalks, driveways, patios, garage floors, parking lots, curbs, approaches, floors, and other concrete surfaces.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting production schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial concrete construction required.
- Experience with foundation walls, flatwork, or both.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, placing, reinforcing, and finishing techniques.
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, or other construction equipment is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to work safely and effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation is required.

Schedule
- Full-time
- 40–50 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift
- Overtime available
- Occasional weekends as needed
