Responsibilities
- Monitor parking lots continuously to uphold safety standards and prevent unauthorized access or vandalism.
- Assist customers with parking inquiries, directions, and support in a courteous and professional manner.
- Process cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and customers to resolve conflicts or address concerns promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in outdoor work environments or parking management is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math, and numeracy tasks related to cash handling and transaction processing.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base more effectively.
- Demonstrated conflict management skills to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Valid driving license with experience operating standard passenger vehicles is preferred but not required.
