The Fulfillment & Materials Coordinator will be based in the office headquarters at the Historic Thayer Hotel at West Point. The role responsibilities include working with our staff, faculty, and vendors to ensure our programs are delivered at the highest standard of excellence.
This position is an on-site, in-person position.
Responsibilities:
- In-person program support
o Prepping computers with presentations and supporting materials
o Prepping experiential materials
o Support with setting up and breaking down conference rooms
- Production of print materials
o Presentations, handouts, and experiential materials
o Stuffing folders and envelopes
o Creation of name tents, name labels, and name badges
- Merchandise ordering, storage and tracking inventory, packing merchandise for shipment, and shipping
- Miscellaneous support for facilities, equipment, and other projects
o Ordering office supplies
o Maintaining Leadership Reaction Course, ensuring phones have days and minutes for orienteering, and other experiential support
o Support with putting together quotes for various equipment needed
- Product development support (bio packages)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in comparable position
- Desire and ability to learn new processes, platforms and programs quickly
- Detail oriented and self-motivated and comfortable working independently, as well as collaborating with others, at times in a busy office environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- High level of personal and professional integrity
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift over 40 lbs., multiple times during the course of the workday may be required
- Flexible hours depending on program needs
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
