As our Licensed Dental Assistant, you will:

Deliver top-tier, compassionate care to every patient

Run your own column, providing limited exams, taking X-rays, and performing child prophies and placing sealants.

Lead the back-office team while providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Provide chairside assistance for general, restorative, surgical, and emergency dental procedures as needed
- Take digital X-rays, accurate impressions, and polish during prophies

Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards

Support hygiene and doctor schedules, manage patient flow, and assist in front-desk tasks (e.g., confirming appointments, insurance verification)

Ensure electronic records are accurate, organized, and HIPAA-compliant

Collaborate across the team and support lab duties, equipment upkeep, and supply restocking

Bring positive energy and efficiency to a dynamic work environment

Current MN Dental Assisting License (Required)

1+ year of experience
- CPR Certification

Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills

A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude

Comfort in a fast-paced clinical setting

Ability to lead effectively and delegate responsibilities with confidence
