Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and oversee all fixed operations including service, parts, and collision departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction scores, and optimize profit margins.
- Manage profit & loss statements, analyze financial data using Excel data analysis techniques, and implement cost-control measures.
- Drive team management initiatives by recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing staff to achieve high performance levels.
- Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with executive-level teams to align fixed operations strategies with overall dealership goals.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee facility upgrades, technology integrations, and operational initiatives that support business growth.
- Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring exceptional service standards and resolving escalated client concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular operational reviews, data-driven decision making, and strategic planning sessions to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within automotive or dealership environments with supervisory responsibilities in fixed operations.
- Strong understanding of profit & loss analysis, financial management, and operational metrics.

- Demonstrated success in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning initiatives.
