Position Summary
We are seeking reliable, skilled front counter associates to join our opening team. This role is responsible for answering phones, taking orders, and cashing out guests. Upon mastering front counter, teammates will be trained to make and prepare papas pizza menu items
Responsibilities
- Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness of work areas
- Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and safety procedures
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and closing duties
- Uphold a positive, team-first attitude during all shifts
- Answer Phone with a helpful and confident attitude.
- Accurately ring in menu items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
