Concrete Production Openings
We are looking for individuals with good attendance records, comfortable working with their hands and doing physical work. Ability to work from high areas, crawl through large concrete pipes, to get up & down on a forklift all day long.
Hours:
Shifts start at either 6 a.m. or 7a.m. M-F. Work till concrete sets which ideally is around 3:30 pm or will roll into overtime. Occasional overtime on Saturdays
Bonus eligibility of additional $3/hr increasing your rate to $21/hr when you have perfect attendance and good job performance each week. After 90 days becomes $22/hr. Available first week of employment if meet requirements
Salary: Start at $18.00 with + $1/hr increase after 90 days with good attendance

Duties for Concrete Production and Pouring
- Mix and pour concrete into prepared forms
- Assist with removing product from molds/forms
- Clean and oil all forms
- Maintain and utilize the forms properly
- Perform daily work area clean up
- Good attendance and dependability
Essential Functions:
- Walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, moderate lifting and carrying (up to seventy-five (75) pounds comfortably).
- GED or High School Diploma preferred, on-the-job training provided
