- Current teaching certification in General Education
- Strong background and specialized training in Dyslexia intervention practices
- Knowledge of tailored reading strategies and classroom accommodations for dyslexic learners
- Effective classroom management and communication skills
- Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is a plus
- Passion for fostering inclusive, engaging learning spaces
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging daily instruction, adapting lessons and materials for students with dyslexia
- Assess individual student needs and progress, adjusting interventions and strategies accordingly
