What You'll Be Doing
- Perform basic mechanical work, including taking apart and reassembling equipment (unbolting/bolting components)
- Use hand tools such as wrenches, sockets, and screwdrivers to complete maintenance tasks
- Support general plant maintenance and assist with day-to-day operational needs
- Work alongside the maintenance team to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
What Are We Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience
- Comfortable using basic tools and performing mechanical tasks
- Welding experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
