Requirements of this Senior Project Manager role:
- Industry related degree or related combination of education and experience
- 3+ years’ in a Senior Project Manager role on developments more than $100M
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain professional confidentiality and a strong understanding of development and investment structure
- Excellent verbal and written concept communication to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
