Position Summary
The Clinical Research Coordinator – Registered Nurse II (CRC RN II) is responsible for managing all aspects of complex clinical research activities in close collaboration with study physicians, sponsors, and inter- and intradepartmental stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Manage complex clinical research trials, including industry-sponsored, government-funded, and investigator-initiated studies

Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, and human subject protection standards

Provide overall study management, coordination, and operational support
Required Skills & Experience
-
Minimum two (2) years of clinical research experience or equivalent training

Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, FDA regulations, and human subject protection

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education- High School Diploma
-
Education- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher
Certifications & Licensure
Required:
-
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license, in good standing
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred:
-
ACRP Certification or SoCRA Certification
-
Nursing specialty certification
-
International Air Transport Association (IATA) certification
-
Preferably with focus on cell therapy, and CAR T-Cell Trials, along with inpatient management experience.
