Security Officer Lobby Receptionist
As a Security Officer Lobby Receptionist in Lancaster, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Lobby Receptionist, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a welcoming environment, and help to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and strong communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, screening processes, and/or policy-related questions while maintaining a professional presence.

Support site staff during routine operations and unexpected events by communicating clearly, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and following post orders and Allied Universal standards.
Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Security experience of 6+ months or the equivalent.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
