For the DC Office of a Prestigious Global Law Firm
Responsibilities include:

Managing recruitment for all associate-level positions at the Firm in collaboration with the Associate Recruiting Manager to develop and implement strategies for lateral associate recruitment.

Overseeing the end-to-end processing of applications and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Preparing, analyzing, and presenting marketing materials and reports for stakeholders, while representing the Firm at recruiting events.

Managing relationships with search firms and external vendors, and supervising coordinators, assistants, and interns to support hiring efforts.

Developing and managing recruitment budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that the Firm retains.
Qualifications include:

2+ years experience in legal recruitment or professional services.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Possess advanced organizational and analytical skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and supervise others to ensure compliance and accuracy, while using independent judgment for decision-making.

Exhibit well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all organizational levels and lead teams, with a customer-service focus.

Proficiency in MS Office, applicant tracking systems, interview platforms, and other necessary software, with the ability to undertake large projects, develop alternative methods, and implement solutions.
Salary: $105k-$115k
