■ Position Title : Engineering/ Maintenance
■ General Responsibilities :
- Direct and manage multiple concurrent engineering projects while ensuring their success in meeting their respective objectives.
- Implement approved engineering budgets and monitor actual expenses to ensure they fall within budgets, analyzing out of budget expenses and ensuring they are offset in other areas of the project unless fully justified.
- Drive all facility construction, development & maintenance programs.
- Develop & Drive appropriate Lean Manufacturing Skills to complement production goals.
- Consult or negotiate with clients to finalize engineering project specifications.
- Negotiate with 3rd party engineering suppliers to get the best business deals.
- Present engineering plans, progress status updates and situations to senior management.
- Review and approve proposed engineering designs and subsequent product and process enhancements or changes.
- Assists in managing production floor when required for production efficiency & throughput.
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMP’s and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).

■ Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- EIT Certificate
- Five or more years of engineering, management and project management experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills

■ Position Title : QC Manager
■ General Responsibilities :
- Supervise the QC team in conducting inspections of raw materials, in-process samples, components, and finished goods
- Enforce adherence to GMPs, SOPs, work instructions, and testing methods
- Monitor and review QC documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Identify and investigate non-conforming materials or processes; support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure timely reporting of test results and communication with relevant departments
- Train, mentor, and evaluate QC team members to maintain high performance and compliance
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, QA, and Warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Assist in maintaining calibration and upkeep of laboratory equipment and instruments
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits and inspections
- Support data trending and continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems
- Collaborate on process changes or validation activities when required
- Manage department schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
■ Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a science or quality-related field preferred
- 3+ years of quality control or laboratory experience in a manufacturing setting (cosmetics/pharmaceutical preferred)
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO, or related quality regulations
- Ability to use measurement and test equipment, including scales, pH meters, and viscosity testers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of QC/LIMS software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform manual/visual inspections
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends when required
