We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support the digitization and organization of licensing and compliance documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in records management, process improvement, and regulatory support within a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in digitizing physical licensing files, including scanning, indexing, and uploading documents into internal systems

Organize and maintain digital records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and ease of access

Review documentation for completeness and flag missing or outdated materials

Support the standardization of file naming conventions and document management processes

Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure proper handling of sensitive information

Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency in document storage and retrieval workflows
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with document management systems is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
