Store Manager – Scooter's Coffee (Swansea, IL)

We're looking for a driven, motivated leader to join our locally owned and operated Scooter's Coffee team as the Store Manager in Swansea, Illinois.
This role is about much more than running shifts. We're looking for someone who is passionate about developing people, creating an outstanding customer experience, and building meaningful relationships within the community.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a positive, high-performing team.
- Create a welcoming culture where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated.
- Be present on the floor, coaching and working alongside your team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with regular guests.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.
- Ensure operational excellence, food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and store performance.
- Build connections within the Swansea community through local events, partnerships, and outreach opportunities.

Qualifications
- Leadership or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
