Our marketing department generates leads through telemarketing, canvassing, referrals, repeat customers, digital marketing, trade shows, and strategic partnerships. Our sales representatives focus on meeting homeowners and closing business—not spending their time prospecting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Run in-home sales appointments with homeowners
- Present solutions for roofing, siding, doors, and exterior remodeling projects
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Deliver professional product presentations
- Prepare project proposals and pricing
- Follow our proven sales process
- Generate referrals and repeat business
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM system
You'll travel daily within approximately a two-hour radius of Fort Wayne, Indiana and return home each evening.

- In-home sales experience is a plus, but not required
