Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their shopping needs
- Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits of merchandise
- Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an attractive store layout
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Support supervising staff by helping oversee daily store operations and ensuring team goals are met
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in a bilingual environment if applicable
- Previous sales experience, including cashiering and POS system operation
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Skilled in merchandising, stocking, and product demos to enhance the shopping experience
- Ability to upsell effectively while maintaining a positive attitude during busy periods
