About this position:
*Hiring for season*
This position will be responsible for the safe operation of the two water slides here at Splash Harbour Water Park. You will be maintaining patron surveillance and deliver great customer service.
What you’ll be doing:
Responsible for ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to, by the self and guests
Ensure the safety of guests by enforcing rules and restrictions
Keep a close watch over their area to anticipate problems, intervene to prevent accidents
Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
Acquired product knowledge and keep updated on changes
Contribute to innovations that would enhance guest experience
Provide excellent customer service with safety in mind
Who we’re looking for:
Must be 15 years or older
Preferred - A current Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED training certificate
Work Environment:
Outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces
Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions
Other Job Requirements:
Performs other duties as assigned
Attendance is a mandatory function of this job
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.25 - $15.00 per hour
