Position Overview
As a Cleaning Technician, you will deliver high-quality cleaning services in homes and businesses while following Hartfelt Hands’ standards, checklists, and procedures. This is a hands-on role that requires focus, reliability, and a strong work ethic. You will work independently and with a team, depending on the job, and are expected to maintain consistency and attention to detail at all times.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Performing residential and commercial cleaning services (kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, etc.)
- Following detailed cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions
- Properly handling and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
- Providing professional, respectful service in client homes and workplaces
- Communicating clearly with team members and leadership
- Meeting quality standards and completing jobs efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (training provided)
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and follow systems
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites (mileage reimbursement where applicable)
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
- Physically able to perform job duties (standing, bending, lifting up to 20–30 lbs)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
