DOWNRITE ENGINEERING a Land Development Company located in Miami, Florida is seeking a Florida Licensed Land Surveyor.
We are a Land Development company specializing in site development including the installation of water, sewer, paving, drainage, lake excavation, pump stations and more.
What You'll Be Doing
· Coordinate and review the work of Survey Crews and Survey Cad Technicians.
· AutoCad Experience Required
· Work with field Project Managers.
· Sign and Seal Surveys and As-Builts.
· Construction layout knowledge, ability to read and comprehend Construction Plans.
· Prepare legal descriptions if needed.
· Proficient with Surveying Principles & Practices and engineering design and construction practices.
· Knowledge with the preparation and submission of Water & Sewer and Paving & Drainage As-Builts.
What You Need to Have
· Professional Land Surveyor License registered in the state of Florida.
· Experience in construction survey, water & sewer, paving & drainage.
· AutoCad Experience.
· Strong math skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Valid Florida driver’s license.
Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
