PART TIME Member Experience Associate:
SATURDAY - SUNDAY 2pm-10pm
Must be available for training anytime between 9am-5pm
Shift Expectations:
- 1 hour (minimum): Deep cleaning
1 hour (minimum): Continued training
- Full shift: see “Essential Duties and Responsibilities”
Ability to work on holidays throughout the year and be available for nights and weekends if needed
Must be willing and able to work alone at times due to various staffing shortages that can affect scheduling of 24-hour facility
Physical Demands:
- Standing, stooping, bending and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to periodically lift 50-75 lbs
Job Qualifications:
1. Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Basic computer proficiency
3. Preferred 2 years of previous customer service experience
4. Must be 18 years or older to apply
