Senior Project Manager
Location: South Easton, MA (Hybrid – 1 Day/Week Remote)

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee miscellaneous, ornamental, and structural metal projects from drawing approval through installation coordination. This role is ideal for a construction professional with 5–10 years of experience managing commercial metal projects and coordinating with fabricators, field teams, and general contractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage structural steel, miscellaneous metals, stairs, railings, and architectural metal projects.
- Review shop and fabrication drawings for accuracy.
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Coordinate project schedules, RFIs, change orders, and documentation.
- Conduct field measurements and site visits as needed.
- Serve as the primary contact for contractors, fabricators, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of Project Management experience in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, ornamental iron, or commercial construction.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD; Bluebeam Revu experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for project site visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with metal stairs, railings, gates, architectural metalwork, or miscellaneous metals.
- Knowledge of fabrication and installation processes.
- Experience coordinating with fabricators, ironworkers, architects, and general contractors.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
