Join our team as an Office Administrator! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking will maintain smooth office functions. You will perform essential administrative tasks, such as scheduling, bookkeeping, payroll, AR & AP.
Duties
- Greet visitors, answer phone with professionalism, and direct calls using excellent phone etiquette
- Manage front desk responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure information integrity
- Utilize software tools such as Excell, Peachtree Accounting system, scheduling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Support owner by coordinating calendar appointments, meeting arrangements, and personal assistant duties
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and assisting with client or vendor needs
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with bookkeeping software for basic financial recordkeeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Demonstrated office management experience with a focus on clerical support and administrative coordination
- Proven time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 5am to 4pm
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
