Full-Time Hours: Training Shift is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM - after training, your shift will be Monday - Friday, various shifts available.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Customer Service roles involving shipment coordination, transportation, supply chain operations, or logistics customer support.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipments, deliveries, and service inquiries
- Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
- Resolving issues quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in our system and follow up on open customer cases
- Communicate updates on freight status, delays, or scheduling changes
- Data entry/order entry
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or a related customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and transportation management software.
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
