All Points North (APN) is a multi-site behavioral health organization delivering trauma-informed treatment for addiction and mental health disorders. Our Fort Worth campus provides a full continuum of care — detox through outpatient — built around an interdisciplinary model: therapists, medical staff, and case management working from a single treatment plan. We invest in evidence-based trauma modalities and in the clinicians who deliver them.
You will carry a dedicated caseload and serve as each client's primary clinical anchor across APN's full continuum of care — detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and OP. That means assessment, individualized treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and group facilitation through a trauma-focused lens, [with clients continuing with you as they step down between levels of care. You will average 4–6 therapeutic hours per day, with protected time for documentation — we staff so that clinical work and charting both fit inside the workday.
