General
- Act as the eyes, ears, and advocate for Donan Enterprises LLC throughout the pre-construction construction phase
Pre-Construction & Planning
- Work with Donan Enterprises leadership and the general contractor to review the project budget proposed by the general contractor and help negotiate
- Review subcontractor qualifications and bids and suggest areas of improvements that can result in cost saving and better quality
Schedule and Progress Monitoring
- Track the critical path of the project schedule to ensure milestones are met and hold the General Contractor accountable for delays.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct site visits, as required, to ensure work complies with the approved design documents, specifications, and quality standards.
Change Order Management
- Review and negotiate change orders to prevent unnecessary scope creep and cost overruns.
