Position Summary
National Event Pros is seeking a Multimedia Production & Interactive Experiences Specialist to support video production, media content, interactive games, and event technology experiences.
This role blends creative content production with hands-on event execution. The position supports video editing, sound and media playback, game show content, large-screen media, and interactive entertainment experiences, while also participating in setup, operation, strike, and occasional travel.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working behind a computer and behind a tech table, with the flexibility to move between creative projects, event preparation, onsite support, and live production needs.
Key Responsibilities
Video & Multimedia Production
· Create, edit, and manage video content for events, interactive experiences, marketing use, and client presentations
· Produce content for game shows, large-screen displays, event signage, and media-based activations
· Edit promotional videos, highlight reels, motion graphics, event recaps, and supporting media assets
· Format and organize media for playback systems, screens, projectors, displays, and event-specific platforms
· Maintain media libraries, templates, and recurring content assets for games and activations
Video & Production Support
· Operate or support tech table positions, content playback stations, or media control points during events
· Coordinate media cues, playback needs, presentation files, and show flow requirements with production teams
· Troubleshoot basic media, audio, playback, and connection issues before and during events
Interactive Games & Media Experiences
· Prepare and manage video, audio, and digital content for interactive games and activations
· Support media needs for game shows, video game displays, large-screen entertainment, and custom interactive experiences
· Help develop and improve content workflows for recurring games, activations, and entertainment programs
· Assist with setup, testing, operation, and reset of interactive game and media equipment
Creative Design Support
· Create basic event graphics, presentation visuals, overlays, title slides, digital signage, and supporting screen content
· Assist with design updates, formatting, and content preparation when needed
· Ensure video and visual assets are clean, readable, and appropriate for live event environments
Event Operations & Production
· Participate in event setup, operation, and strike as part of the broader event team
· Assist with loading, unloading, placement, testing, operation, and breakdown of media and production equipment
· Support corporate meetings, conventions, activations, and special events
· Work professionally with clients, vendors, event managers, and internal production teams onsite
Travel & Onsite Execution
· Travel as needed for corporate meeting production, interactive events, activations, and major projects
· Provide onsite video, audio, media, and content support during live productions
· Assist with last-minute content changes, media troubleshooting, and production needs during events
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in video production, multimedia production, live events, AV support, or related work preferred
· Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable video editing software
· Working knowledge of basic audio systems, microphones, speakers, playback devices, screens, and presentation support
· Comfort managing digital files, media formats, exports, version control, and playback readiness
· Ability to multitask and solve problems in fast-paced live event environments
· Willingness to support physical event setup and strike, including hands-on equipment work
· Valid driver license and ability to travel for events as needed may be required
Preferred Experience
· Experience with After Effects, motion graphics, livestreaming, video switching, or media servers
· Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite
· Experience with interactive entertainment, activations, or audience engagement technology
· Knowledge of show flow, cueing, speaker management, or corporate meeting production
· Familiarity with AV equipment used for small meetings, DJs, emcees, and event activations
Ideal Candidate
You are a creative technical generalist who enjoys making media work in real event environments. You can edit content, organize playback files, help run a screen or sound setup, troubleshoot under pressure, and jump in with the event team when it is time to set, operate, or strike.
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
