Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 3+ years of experience to join our clinical team full time. The ideal candidate is confident assisting in surgical and implant procedures, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting in all aspects of general dentistry
- Assist with oral surgery and implant surgery
- Take and manage CT/CBCT scans
- Take accurate impressions (traditional and/or digital)
- Take diagnostic X-rays
- Prepare, turn over, and maintain treatment rooms
- Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols
- Provide patient education and post-operative instructions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members
Requirements
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license – REQUIRED
- Valid X-ray certification – REQUIRED
- Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
- Strong experience in:
- General dentistry
- Oral surgery
- Implant surgery
- CT/CBCT imaging
- Taking impressions
- Excellent communication and chairside manner
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
