Assistant Store Manager
Location: National City, CA • Full-Time • Hourly (Non-Exempt) • Reports to: General Manager
Partner with the GM to lead a great store and a great team.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you're the General Manager's right hand — driving sales and profitability, developing the team, and stepping in as the leader on duty when the GM is out. You'll help run the business while upholding our standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

Partner with the General Manager to drive store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Lead, coach, and develop the team; serve as manager-on-duty when the GM is away.

Help manage store financials (P&L), labor, and inventory.

Champion the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of the team.

2+ years of store or restaurant management experience.

High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Experience supervising 10+ team members.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends.
