Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the shift
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Working with small
children are a must with this position. Creating smiles and tasting the fun!
- Train and mentor team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, and sales reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively is a must
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for stock replenishment
